Allison and Tom stop by Saturday’s Country Club Plaza farmer’s market after competing in the “fun run” raising money for Legal Center of Northern California. According to the couple, they had entered a running race that required contestants to don a costume. Luckily, they had saved a matching costume from Halloween featuring one of their favorite foods: pizza. Unfortunately, they didn’t win either the costume competition or the race competition. Hoping to find success at the farmer’s market, which shared a parking lot with the charity race, the twenty-something duo walked over to grab some healthy food at the market. One can hope that next year they’ll consider entering the charity race dressed as healthier fare, perhaps a brace of egg plants or twin apples. Kudos, though, for wanting to check out out the nearby action.
